At MapNations.com we are committed to providing best customer service and quality products. If products are in the original and unopened packaging, they may be returned within 4 weeks. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. If a product arrives defective due to manufacturing problems, we will replace it at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered for defective items unless the replacement is refused. E-products, digital maps and CDs are non-refundable.
Note: MapNations.com reserves the exclusive right to determine outcomes in cases of refund or replacement. Any misuse of the refund policy will result in denial of claims.
